General Terms & Conditions for All Promotions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional activities operated by Bubblegum Bathrooms, 4 Robberds Way, Bowthorpe, Norwich NR5 9JF. By entering any promotion, participants agree to be bound by the following rules.
1. Eligibility
Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors, suppliers, agents, or anyone affiliated with Bubblegum Bathrooms — including immediate family members — are not permitted to enter.
2. How to Enter
Entry is free, but some promotions may require an instore purchase or completion of an instore entry form. Entry requirements will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
3. Prize Conditions
- Bubblegum Bathrooms reserves the right to vary, substitute, or amend any prize if necessary.
- No cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated.
- Prizes may include discontinued or superseded models.
- Any unwanted or unclaimed prizes may be auctioned, with proceeds added to our charity collections fund.
4. Winner Contact & Forfeiture
- Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry (email and/or phone).
- If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited.
- Bubblegum Bathrooms reserves the right to select an alternative winner or add the prize to our charity auctions.
5. Publicity
By entering any promotion, participants grant permission for Bubblegum Bathrooms to publish their first name only on our Winners Page and any associated media content. Full name and a photograph may be requested for verification or publicity purposes.
6. Warranty Information
Many manufacturers require proof of purchase to register a product warranty. As promotional prizes do not include a customer purchase receipt, warranty eligibility may vary by supplier. Bubblegum Bathrooms will provide any available documentation supplied with the prize, but cannot guarantee manufacturer warranty coverage. Any warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
7. Liability
Bubblegum Bathrooms accepts no responsibility for lost entries, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control. Bubblegum Bathrooms shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in any promotion or acceptance of any prize.
8. Right to Amend or Cancel
Bubblegum Bathrooms reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected during promotional entry is used solely for administering promotions and contacting winners. Data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
