Take a side‑on photo of the part in good lighting. - A close‑up of the issue
Show the broken hinge, worn seal, damaged wheel, or leaking area. - Measurements (if possible)
Include a tape measure in the photo — especially for wheels, hinges, and cartridges. - The surrounding area
A wider shot helps us understand the model, brand, or installation type. - Any markings or logos
Brands often hide logos on the underside or back of parts. - Extra angles
If in doubt, send more photos — we’d rather have too many than too few.
